We had a day in the hills with Louise last week. I have been very nervous with walking ( especially down!) over uneven/rocky/stepped paths so hoped a day with Louise would help. We had the most fantastic day. Louise took us up Y Gribin stopping at all points to demonstrate scrambling techniques. We eventually reached the top and of course had to come down, which I would have dreaded in the past. With Louise's encouragement and putting into practice the techniques she had taught me I actually thoroughly enjoyed the descent. Louise is a great teacher, she is confident without ever being pushy and she was great company for a lovely day.Cal Cowen
